Poured is a whisky tasting journal operated by Poured, based in the Netherlands. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Poured is an alcohol-related service. You must be at least 18 years old to use Poured. This is required by Dutch law (Drank- en Horecawet). We verify your age during registration by asking for your date of birth. Providing a false date of birth to bypass this check is a violation of these terms and grounds for immediate account termination.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may not share your account or use it to impersonate another person. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
You may not use Poured to:
You retain ownership of tasting notes, reviews, and other content you post. By posting content, you grant Poured a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it to other users as part of the service. You can delete your content at any time, and it will be removed from the service within 30 days.
Poured is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We are not liable for any loss of data or access to the service.
Poured promotes the appreciation of whisky. We encourage responsible alcohol consumption. Nothing on Poured should be interpreted as encouragement to drink excessively. Do not drink and drive.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Poured after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via the app.
